ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما الـمواد 70 و76 (الفقرة و) و174 منه،

وبناء على القـرار الأسـاسـي رقــم 7926 تـاريــخ 20/9/2001 وتعديلاته الـمتعلق بتوظيفات الـمصارف الإلزامية،

وبناء على قرار الـمجلس الـمركزي لـمصرف لبنان الـمتخذ في جلسته الـمنعقدة بتاريخ 4/6/2021،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تـخـفـض النـسـبـة الـمحددة في الـمادة الاولى من القرار الأساسي رقم 7926 تاريخ 20/9/2001 بحيث تصبح 14% بدلا من 15%.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
