ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1446/ب تاريخ 25/10/2021،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية الفنار ــ قضاء الـمتن ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام الـمتن القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الفنار حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
