ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 818/ب تاريخ 7/6/2021،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية اجدعبرين ــ قضاء الكورة ــ محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

تتولى رئيس القسم الأصيل السيدة ليال علي أسعد القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية أجدعبرين حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
