إن المدير العام للتعاونيات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2182 تاريخ 18/8/2015 (تعيين المدير العام)،

بناء على المادة 49 من مشروع القانون الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بالمرسوم رقم 17199 تاريخ 18/8/1964 لاسيما الفقرة الخامسة منها،

بناء على اقتراح رئيس دائرة التعاون في النبطية بالتكليف،

تقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

تحل الجمعية التعاونية الزراعية في كفررمان م.م. المؤسسة بموجب القرار رقم 39/2ت تاريخ 26/09/1991 والمسجلة لدى المديرية العامة للتعاونيات برقم 469/1 تاريخ 31/10/1991 وتعيين السيدة هدى عباس مصفيا لها، وتعطى الصلاحيات اللازمة لإجراء التصفية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية، ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
