إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1537/ب تاريخ 18/1/2021،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد حبيب ابراهيم بو عنق، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد مختارا في بلدة العطشانة بدلا من المختار المتوفي السيد الياس سليمان منصور سلامه وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
