إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 180/ب تاريخ 21/6/2021,

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشوؤن السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية بسابا - قضاء الشوف - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

تعدل الـمادة الثانية من القرار رقم 813 تاريخ 19/7/2021 الـمتعلق بحل مجلس بلدية بسابا ــ قضاء الشوف، لتصبح على الشكل التالي:

يتولى قائمقام الشوف القيام بمهام مجلس بلدية بسابا بدلا من رئيس القسم الأصيل حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

والباقي دون تعديل.
