عملا بتطبيق احكام قانون حماية الـمستهلك، لا سيما الـمادة 3 منه الـمتعلقة بحق الـمستهلك في الحفاظ على صحته وسلامته عند استعماله، بشكل ملائم، للسلعة أو الخدمة لجهة الجودة والنوعية،

وفي اطار سعي وزراة الاقتصاد والتجارة الى اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات الفعالة لحماية الامن الغذائي ومراقبة نظام سلامة الغذاء،

يطلب من جميع اصحاب السوبرماركت والـميني ماركت ومحلات البقالة عدم استلام او بيع أي منتج، مهما كان نوعه، مصنع محليا ما لـم يكن الـمصنع أو الـمعمل مسجل ومرخص له لدى وزارة الصناعة.
