إن وزير العدل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقـــم 65 تـــاريــخ 9/9/1983 )نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي(،

بناء على الاستدعاء الـمقدم من الخبير السيد علي يوسف الـموسوي والـمتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع التخمين ــ محافظة بيروت الـمسجل برقم 149/ق تاريخ 24/2/2022،

بناء على مـوافـقـة مـجـلـس القـضـاء الأعلى بتاريخ 7/3/2022،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب اسم الخبير السيد علي يوسف الـموسوي من جدول الخبراء الـمحلفين لدى الـمحاكم فرع التخمين ــ محافظة بيروت بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
