إن وزير الـمالية،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقـم 144 تـاريـخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته )قانون ضريبة الدخل(،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما البند 7 من الـمادة 9 منه،

بناء على اقتراح مدير الـمالية العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمدد لغاية 8/12/2021 ضمنا، مهلة تقديم تقرير مفوضي الـمراقبة عن أعمال سنة 2019 لشركات الأموال التي تعتمد السنة الـمدنية في قفل حساباتها.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى موقع وزارة الـمالية الإلكتروني.
