إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 الـمتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما الـمادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 13314 تاريخ 25/2/2021 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2021،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية الاستـثـنائية للشركاء في «شركة نديم شنيعي وشركاه للصيرفة» الـمنعقد بتاريخ 7/6/2020،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة الـمعنية تاريخ18/6/2021،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «نديم شنيعي وشركاه للصيرفة» الـمسجل في اللائحة الـمذكورة تحت رقم 496

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
