إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف سيما الـمادتين 70 و174 منه،

وبناء على القرار الاساسي رقــم 13221 تــاريــخ 21/4/2020 وتعديلاته، الـمتعلق بإجراءات استـثـنائية حول السحوبات النقدية من الحسابات بالعملات الاجنبية،

وبناء على قرار الـمجلس الـمركزي لـمصرف لبنان الـمتخذ في جلسته الـمنعقدة بتاريخ 27/7/2022،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يلغى نص الـمادة الثالثة من القرار الاساسي رقم 13221 تاريخ 21/4/2020 ويستبدل بالنص التالي:

"على الـمصرف الـمعني ابلاغ لجنة الرقابة على الـمصارف، شهريا، بقيمة العملات الاجنبية الناتجة عن العمليات الـمشار اليها في الـمادة الاولى اعلاه".

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
