إن وزير العدل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقــم 65 تـــاريـــخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على استدعاء الـمقدم من الخبير السيد خضر عبود الرفاعي والـمتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع السير والـميكانيك ــ محافظة لبنان الشمالي الـمسجل برقم 1260/ق تاريخ 28/6/2022،

بناء على موافقة مجلـس القضاء الأعلى بـتـاريـخ 18/7/2022،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب اسم الخبير السيد خضر عبود الرفاعي من جدول الخبراء الـمحلفين لدى الـمحاكم فرع السير والـميكانيك ــ محافظة لبنان الشمالي بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
