إن وزير العدل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء الـمقدم من الخبير السيد حسين علي الخطيب والـمتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة الـمدنية ــ محافظة بيروت الـمسجل برقم 1319/ق تاريخ 5/7/2022،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بـتـاريــخ 26/7/2022،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب اسم الخبير السيد حسين علي الخطيب من جدول الخبراء الـمحلفين لدى الـمحاكم فرع الهندسة الـمدنية ــ محافظة بيروت بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
