ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 986/ب تاريخ 16/8/2022،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية عبيه ــ عين درافيل ــ قضاء عاليه ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام عاليه القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية عبيه ــ عين درافيل حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
