ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 417/ب/2022،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُعتبر مجلس بلدية تكريت ــ محافظة عكار ــ منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين اعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ عكار القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية تكريت حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
