ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية بالتكليف رقم 126 تاريخ 29/1/2022،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد عثمان خالد الأحمد بإعتباره العضو الإختياري الاكبر سنا في بلدة عين عرب، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد طلال دلي الداود، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة
