ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 987/ب تاريخ 16/8/2022،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية بمكين ــ قضاء عاليه ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا منحل حكما للسبب الـمبين علاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام عاليه القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية بمكين حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الجاجة
