ـ في التعديل ـ

إن شركة Les Laboratoires Servier S.A.S. الـمسجلة بتاريخ 9/4/2001، تحت رقم 2157 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/4/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2974/2022، بأنها قد قررت تجديد الصلاحيات الـمعطاة الى السيد Jean--Christophe Courvoisier--Clement بصفته مسؤولا عن مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة؛ وذلك بموجب كتاب منح الصلاحيات/التفويض الصادر في 25/10/2021، والذي يلغي ويحل مكان التفويض السابق الـممنوح في 24/7/2018، كما وأنه يصبح ساري الـمفعول في اليوم التالي من تاريخ انتهاء صلاحية هذا الأخير ويبقى ساري الـمفعول لغاية 31/12/2024 .
