ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 827/ب الـمسجل لدينا برقم 11140 تاريخ 23/12/2022,

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على إقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي :

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية الدوسة وبغدادي ــ محافظة عكار ــ منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى أمين سر عام محافظة عكار بالتكليف القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الدوسة وبغدادي حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
