ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2021/ب تاريخ 18/8/2022،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية خربة روحا ــ قضاء راشيا ــ محافظة البقاع منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام راشيا القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية خربة روحا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
