إن وزير العمل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون العمل الصادر بتاريخ 2/9/1946 ولا سيما المادة 87 منه،

بناء على طلب النقابة المسجل برقم 631/3 تاريخ 19/5/2021,

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعدل اسم النقابة الوارد في المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 99/1 تاريخ 14/6/2005، بحيث تقرأ كما يلي «نقابة مدارس السوق في لبنان» بدلا من «نقابة اصحاب مكاتب السوق في الجنوب» والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
