ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1353/ب تاريخ 14/11/2022،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد حبيب شكري بو عيسى، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة شوريت ــ قضاء الشوف، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد رزق ميشال مشلب وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
