ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على احالة محافظ النبطية بالتكليف رقم 124 تاريخ 28/1/2022،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد علي حسين نصار بإعتبار أو الخاسرين في بلدة الخيام - الحي الجنوبي مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد عبد الله محمد مخزوم، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
