إن شـركــة Siemens AG الـمـسـجـلـة بـتـاريــخ 8/1/1994، تحت رقم 944 )بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع(

قد صرحت بتاريخ 4/10/2022، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7174/2022، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار لـمجلس الإدارة وبموجب سند توكيل مؤرخين في 18/2/202 ، تصفية فرع الشركة في لبنان، وتعيين الأستاذ نديم عبُّود كمصف لهذا الفرع، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة. كما وشطب تسجيل الفرع في السجل التجاري واتخاذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لإلغاء هذا القيد. إن سند التوكيل الـمشار إليه اعلاه يبقى ساريا لغاية 31/3/2023 .
