ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 853/ب تاريخ 18/8/2022،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عين السيد عزيز جوزيف الجود باعتباره ثاني الخاسرين في بلدة الشياح/ حي كرم الزيتون مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد غطاس عبده ملكون، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
