إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 الـمتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما الـمادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 13401 تاريخ 18/1/2022 القاضـي بـنـشـر لائـحـة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2022،

وبناء على مـحـضـر اجتـمـاع الشركاء في «شركة عمر الخياط وشـركـاؤه للصيرفة» الـمنـعـقـد بـتـاريــخ 5/11/2021 الذي تقرر بموجبه حل وتصفية الشركة،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة الـمعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 7/3/2022،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة عمر الخياط وشركاؤه للصيرفة» الـمسجل في اللائحة الـمذكورة تحت رقم 285.

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
