إن وزير العدل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقـــم 65 تـــاريـــخ 9/9/1983 )نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي(،

بناء على الاستدعاء الـمقدم من الخبير السيد جورج الياس الهاشم والـمتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع السير والـميكانيك ــ محافظة جبل لبنان الـمسجل برقم 1690/ق تاريخ 8/9/2022،

بناء على موافقة مجلـس القضاء الأعـلـى بتاريـخ 20/9/2022،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب اسم الخبير السيد جورج الياس الهاشم من جدول الخبراء الـمحلفين لدى الـمحاكم فرع السير والـميكانيك ــ محافظة جبل لبنان بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
