ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 826/ب تاريخ 19/7/2022,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عين السيد طانيوس سركيس ناصيف الياس بإعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة ميفوق، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السـيـد انطوان بولس سلامة، وذلـك لإتـمـام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
