ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على إحالة محافظ البقاع رقم 796/4 تـاريــخ 25/8/2022,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد حسن محمد قمر، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة سحمر قضاء البقاع الغربي، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد حسين عقيل اسماعيل، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
