ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8919 تاريخ 10/3/2022 (تعيين وزير الاعلام(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 909 تاريخ 23/12/2006 وتعديلاته لا سيما القرار رقم 1023 تاريخ 5/11/2011 )ابدال اسم الـمطبوعة(،

بناء على الطلب الـمقدم من شركة ترايس ميديا ش.م.م.، والـمسجل تحت رقم 272 تاريخ 27/3/2023 (الغاء ترخيص الـمطبوعة).

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يلغى ترخيص مطبوعة «تكنوتل teknotel» الاسبوعية، غير السياسية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
