ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

كُلف السيد ابراهيم نسيم يوسف غصن العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة كفرحاتا القيام بمهام مختارية بلدة بتعبورة وذلك لحين إجراء إنتخاب مختار أصيل للبلدة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
