ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

كُلف كل من السيدين هيسم علي الايوبي وابراهيم نسيم يوسف غصن العضوين الإختياريين الوحيدين في بلدتي بدنايل وكفرحاتا للقيام بمهام مختارية بلدة اجدعبرين وذلك لحين إجراء إنتخاب مختار أصيل للبلدة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
