إن وزير العدل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي(،

بناء على الطلبين الـمقدمين من صاحبتي العلاقة الـمسجلين برقم 2107/ق تاريخ 14/11/2023 و2179/ق تاريخ 23/11/2023،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بـتـاريــخ 14/12/2023،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يشطب من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي اسما الخبيرين الواردين أدناه وهما السيدتان:

الاسم والشهرة الفـرع الـمحافظـة

شفيقه علي الديراني الهندسة الـمدنية جبل لبنان

ايمان محمد عيد الهندسة الـمعمارية بيروت

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
