ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات ,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة) ,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947وتعديلاته ,

بناء على إحـالـة محافظ عكار رقـم 1677 تـاريــخ 1/11/2023 ,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين ,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد عبدالله جبرين الجبيلي، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة كرم عصفور، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد مخائيل سليم الياس الشاطر الشاطر، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
