ان وزير العمل،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون العمل الصادر بتاريخ 2/9/1946 ولا سيما الـمادة 86 و87 منه،

بناء على طلب النقابة الـمسجل برقم 1501/3 تاريخ 15/11/2023،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعدل اسم النقابة الوارد في الـمادة الأولى من القرار 20/1 تاريخ 2/2/2011، بحيث يصبح كما يلي «نقابة مصممي الغرافيك في لبنان» بدلا من نقابة مخرجي الصحافة ومصممي الغرافيك، والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
