إن شـركـة أكيد تيك سوليوشنز منطقة حرة ــ ذ.م.م. Aqeed Tech Solutions FZ--LLC الـمسجلة بـتـاريـخ 6/3/2018، تحت رقم 2916 (بالتسـجـيـل) فـي سـجـل الشـركـات الـمـسـاهـمـة الأجنبية لـدى دائـرة الشـركـات (فـرع)

قـد صرحت بـتـاريـخ 19/12/2023، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بـالـرقـم 7772/2023، بـأنـهـا قد قررت، بـتـاريـخ 17/7/2023، تغيير اسمها ليصبح: بلوك س تيك سوليوشنز منطقة حرة ذ.م.م. Blox Tech Solutions FZ--LLC ؛ كما تقرر تعيين السيد هيثم جمال فرحات مفوضا لتوقيع نظام الشركة الأساسي الـمعدل وبالنيابة عن الأعضاء، واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لتغيير الاسم.
