ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8919 تاريخ 10/3/2022 (تعيين وزير الاعلام(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته، لا سيما الـمادة 74 منه,

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري فـي الجنوب تحت رقم 5010611/عام تاريخ 3/1/2022 بإسم "قمرة للاعلانات البصرية".

بناء على الطلب الـمقدم من السيدة فاطمة حسين ناصر، والـمسجل تحت رقم 688 تاريخ 6/6/2022 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء دار نشر(،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح السيدة فاطمة حسين ناصر، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بإسم «قمرة للاعلانات البصرية» تتحمل مسؤوليتها السيدة سكينة على عابد.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
