ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977، وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديل بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين)،

بناء على القرار رقم 335 تاريخ 5/4/2024 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية البلدية لانتخاب اعضاء المجالس البلدية.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع لانتخاب اعضاء المجالس البلدية في دوائر محافظة جبل لبنان الانتخابية، وفقا لما يلي:

المادة 2

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
