ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديل بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون المختارين) لا سيما المواد 28 و32 و34 و35 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تدعى الهيئات الانتخابية في المدن والبلدات والقرى والاحياء لانتخاب مختارين ومجالس اختيارية في دوائر محافظة لبنان الشمالي ودوائر محافظة عكار، بتاريخ 19/5/2024 .

المادة 2

يحدد عدد المختارين واعضاء المجالس الاختيارية لكل مدينة او بلدة او قرية او حي وفقا لما يلي:

المادة 3

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
