إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، سيما الـمواد 70 و174 و182 منه،

وبناء على الـمعيار الدولي للتقارير الـمالية رقم (9) (IFRS9)،

وبناء على القرار الأساسي رقـم 12713 تــاريـــخ 7/11/2017 الـمتعلق بتطبيق الـمعيار الدولي للتقارير الـمالية رقم (9) (IFRS 9)،

وبناء على قرار الـمجلس الـمركزي مصرف لبنان الـمتخذ في جلسته الـمنعقدة بتاريخ 28/5/2024،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يلغى نص الـمقطع «ثانيا» من الـمادة الخامسـة مـن القرار الأسـاسـي رقـم 12713 تـاريــخ 7/11/2017.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
