ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على إحالـة محافـظ البقاع رقم 532/4 تاريخ 13/5/2024,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد وسام امين الخطيب، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة كفرزبد ــ قضاء زحلة، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد جرجس عفيف فريحه، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
