ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 الصادر في 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على القرار الصادر عن وزير الداخلية والبلديات رقم 146 تاريخ 23/2/2022 الـمتعلق بإنشاء بلدية في قرية يحفوفا ــ قضاء بعلبك,

بناء على كتاب محافظ بعلبك ــ الهرمل رقم 579/ب تاريخ 4/6/2024,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُكلف محافظ بعلبك - الهرمل القيام بأعمال بلدية يحفوفا الـمستحدثة في قضاء بعلبك وذلك حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي فيها.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
