ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/4719 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ البقاع رقـم 771/4 تـاريــخ 6/6/2024,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد يوسف حسين رحال، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة كفريا، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد أحمد حسيب بهاء الدين وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
