ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8919 تاريخ 10/3/2022 (تعيين وزير الاعلام(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته، لا سيما الـمادة 74 منه.

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1030920 تاريخ 19/12/2023 بإسم «شركة أنانا ش.م.م.» ممثلة بشخص السيدة ريتا الياس زيادة التي توقع عنها بالانفراد.

بناء على الطلب الـمقدم من الشركة الـمذكورة، والـمسجل تحت رقم 185 تاريخ 6/3/2024 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار(،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح شركة «أنانا ش.م.م.» ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار أنانا» تتحمل مسـؤوليتها السـيدة ريتا الياس زيادة، اللبنانية الجنسـية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
