ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1343/ب تاريخ 24/6/2024،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُـيّـن السيد اميل ميلاد الدكاش، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة النموره وكفرجريف، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد اميل سليمان عطالله، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
