إن شركة ال جي للإلكترونيات «الـمشرق العربي» ـ الأردن LG Electronics Levant (Jordan) الـمسجلة بتاريخ 11/3/2013، تحت رقم 2703 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/2/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1016/2024، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع جمعية عمومية غير عادية لـمجلس إدارة الشركة الـمنعقد بتاريخ 15/12/2023، أنه نظرا لنقل السيد Junhwa Jeong ممثل الشركة ومدير مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان الى مركز آخر، قررت تعيين السيد Ji Young Lee ليكون وكيلا وممثلا للشركة ومديرا لـمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان مع منحه أوسع الصلاحيات للقيام لحساب الشركة وباسمها وبالنيابة عنها بالصلاحيات الـممنوحة للـمدير السابق والوارد ذكرها في الـمحضر الـمشار إليه أعلاه.
