إن شركة أبناء أحمد البرغلي الـمحدودة الـمسؤولية الـمسجلة بتاريخ 24/5/2014، تحت رقم 2774 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/2/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1012/2024، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الهيئة العامة للشركة الـمنعقدة بتاريخ 25/7/2023، تعديل الإدارة لفرع الشركة في لبنان بحيث تصبح الإدارة باسم: وائل أحمد البرغلي، و محمد منار نبيل الوزور ؛ إن حق التوقيع والإدارة مجتمعين ومنفردين.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
