إن شركة Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. الـمسجلة بتاريخ 10/8/2022، تحت رقم 3016 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 6/3/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1220/2024، بأنها توكل السيد إبراهيم دريان لكي يمثل الشركة على الأراضي اللبنانية، ويقوم بالتصرفات التي قد تدخل في نطاق الـممارسة العادية للأعمال التي يقوم بها الفرع، والوارد ذكرها في صك التوكيل الصادر في 30/11/2023 .

يُعمل بصك التوكيل الـمشار إليه اعلاه ابتداء من الأول من شهر كانون الأول 2023 ويمكن الرجوع عنه من قبل الشركة في أي وقت.
