إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

وبناء على القرار الاساسي رقــم 7548 تــاريــخ 30/3/2000 وتعديلاته الـمتعلق بالعمليات الـمالية والـمصرفية بالوسائل الالكترونية،

وبناء على القرار رقم 13608 تاريخ 23/01/2024 القاضي بنشر لائحة شركات التحاويل النقدية بالوسائل الالكترونية،

وبناء على طلب الشركة الـمعنية موضوع كتابها تاريخ 15/6/2023،

وبناء على قرار الـمجلس الـمركزي رقم 27/15/24 الـمتخذ في جلسته الـمنعقدة بتاريخ 3/7/2024،

يُقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تُعدل تسمية «شركة ترانسفير انترناشونال ش.م.ل.» الـمدرجة على لائحة شركات التحاويل النقدية بالوسائل الالكترونية بحيث تصبح {Cash Plus SAL}

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
