إن شركة CALIX NETWORKS UK LIMITED الـمسجلة بتاريخ 16/7/2012، تحت رقم 2674 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/8/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4974/2024، بأنها قد قررت، بتاريخ 30/5/2024، إقفال مكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان وشطبه من قيود وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة وعموما لدى الـمراجع الرسمية كافة في لبنان. كما تقرر إلغاء كافة التعيينات التي قامت بها الشركة لـممثلين لها في لبنان وإلغاء كافة الوكالات والصلاحيات الـممنوحة منها إلى ممثليها في لبنان، وتحديدا إلغاء تعيين مدير مكتب التمثيل الـمذكور أعلاه السيد Cory Joseph Sindelar، وإلغاء جميع الصلاحيات الـممنوحة له.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
